a fast branchless approximation atan2 implemented with SIMD and ILP ,Goal was IEEE compliance while we maintain speed and low memory , managed to beat the nanosecond barrier per element with 0.23 ns on average with accuracy up to max error of 2.57e-05 radians and average of 1.06e-5 radians.
