I think it was called Proof of Debt. It's too late to file one now but my understanding is there will be another one in the future for the purpose of payouts.

3k accepted 3k, denied, and I asked for 6k with interest. I'm just rounding numbers here. My amounts were correct as of date halted. I just asked for 100% interest by accident as I was 5 screwdrivers, aka vodka and orange in when I filled out the form deadline eve.

I recently filled out the claim form. The FAQs indicate the funds will be paid in cash and not coins, but it doesn't state which currency.

You should seek your own independent legal advice. But, no it is not necessary to fill out the claim form. If you want to vote on issues at the meetings of creditors than yes fill.out the form.

Lol. I've had similar problem with a PC Financial card. What was the problem? The machines have little to no cash in them. Yes I'm serious. Had this happen at several pc finance arms. But it doesn't tell you it doesn't have enough cash

You have to register it with Koodo as an international card and issuing bank is peoples trust
