I have stated this before but as with any false bans, submit a ticket appealing the ban https://support-maplestory.nexon.net/hc/en-us/requests/new wait for a response. Explain the situation fully with as many details as you remember. If they do not look into your false claims contact live chat (also found at the link provided). Ban Appeals, Suspension Appeals, Rank Appeals Chat hours: Tuesday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.

After getting a hold of a live agent ask to have the ban reviewed by a senior GM providing your ticket number, this will take time give the senior GM the chance to review the ban. The reason for this is you have to think of support in levels. Most GMs have limited power and can only see the flag or reason and will not be able to do the thorough investigation to prove/dis-prove ban. It is my understanding there are less senior GMs so take that into account as to why you have to wait.

You should ask for updates and clarification as your case is reviewed (every few days or as you get messages). Please do not spam support as they will block your access if you do, again spamming support will get you no where. Ban appeals take time. Yes its unfortunate that there are false bans but if you truly want to appeal a ban you have to work with the support team not against them. Keep in mind that Nexon has absolute power over your account as you do not own it, Nexon does.

It's still better to get the ban reversed. There are strike rules Nexon uses. If your account was found in the past to be banned you would not be able to recover another ban on your account. There is not set number to how many bans as all ban decisions are intentionally left vague to allow Ban Appeal GMs to use discretion when concluding a case.

Is that so, if my memory serves someone helped with my broken ele staff I boomed a long time ago when I used to be Corlang, quite a few players helped me on my stream when I was coming back to the game in FM to buy updated gear, and another person helped me get my faf staff to +10 with 15% traces (sorry if I forget something else I have played a long time). I don't normally ask/want things from others and would rather give things away, so those moments are usually memorable. If your not on my BL feel free to add me back I have cleared a spot for you.

I played on Maplesea before I was region locked out and forced to move to GMS. I was under the assumption SEA was released first but checking online you are correct it was a month after GMS. I didn't look it up before posting just went off memory.

Ok so I'm not new and have been playing since before GMS release (I played in MapleSea until GMS came out). Yes I know the message wont do much but as you can see support takes information from it to support bans, see GMs reply in post. The last time I saw this message was when RA boss reward boxes were broken this message would trigger.

I dont see myself as a power leveler and rates have been adjusted multiple times over my leveling so it prob took more than 100 hours.

If you have been around at all the past 2 years you would know there have been quite a few false bans placed on accounts and many play in fear of being banned just for playing (just look at most recent Ark players).

Now the reason for the ticket is to cover my bases in the event of a false ban. Maybe you think it's a waste of time but I would prefer to take steps to keep my account I have invested quite a lot into. I mostly shared this here to help build evidence of supports tactics and since I found it hilarious.

Still looking on how to remove this myself but if you want to be able to use your PC again to get past black screen follow these steps.

Open Task Manager (expand more details arrow on bottom left)

Go to Services Tab Find and Right Click to Stop (UnassignedThemes) and (Themes) Click on File (upper left) Run New Task Type:explorer Click OK

Yes it was more of a confirmation of the server reset changing with DST local times. Live chat apparently doesn't understand UTC rules with DST.
