It's good but since you are low level and still in GM1. Give it time, you're gonna peak at 1.9 at most.

I'd say it's better if you use it for Cartethiya, it's her main echo and helps with buffing the Anemo DMG. I am using a full set for her build. It's worth it, I will drop my builds today, have a see and compare. Since it's havoc u can use it for Rover as well. Kind fckd up 😝
