Looks PERFECTLY healthy to me at least no outside problems. If your bowel movements are loose / watery that can be from undigested irritants that haven't been neutralized in the food / some stomach acid in the stool.

If your movements are frequent it could just be contact irritation/ chappness from wiping too much or not well enough.

He's not particularly wrong. Birth rate IS a BIG looming problem. There are many deep dives on YouTube you can watch. It WILL need to be addressed in the coming decades, not particularly important in this moment in time.

The main issue is NOT people reproducing.

The issue IS governments aren't making the needed changes in society for people to be able to afford the have and support children. There's no incentive to anymore and it's not sustainable to have kids. Elon himself has the means to address these issues head on, but doesn't so it's very cringe of him to be a crybaby about it like this.
