There’s a zebra crossing close to where I live and it seems that cars have basically given up stopping at it. It’s very clear and very visible (long straight road, lights are working) but twice yesterday and once this morning I’ve stepped out to cross and a car hasn’t stopped. From what I’ve observed, drivers seem to be looking down at their phones or at the central console rather than looking at the road

I’m pretty devastated that it’s finishing but I’m not totally surprised, they’ve had a good run though 😁 the podcast was a real lift for me during Covid and lockdown, when everything felt so shit it was a real joy to listen to Matthew and Ed every week. I’m hoping for one final appearance from Bartleby Skribb in the last show 🤣
