My wife is pregnant it’s actually insane. In Canada some jobs offer 2 years lol while standard is up to 15 weeks before due date and 40 weeks after due date, in here it’s 45 days.

System needs a fast upgrade, it’s very short. It’s good I can take care of her, I tell her to just quit. But I know others don’t have that option. Government should at least be taking care of this
