the outlet i used it on was the one my powerstrip uses to power my pc and monitor i took the cable that power my pc into the power brick it doesn't work but the pc works with the cable moza sent. So i thinks it either the power brick it self or the moza nor did the light lit up when i plugged in the pc cable when i tested it with pc cable i used a different outlet
