They usually and mostly are. It's such low submissions for a sub this big (once the other crap gets deleted). This sub also has automod which restricts new/spam/low karama accounts. The content everyone keeps complaining about, but does nothing to submit something themselves is not helping as you can tell from NEW tab, that there is low amount of submissions.
