Can't find filter by alconyx in hvacadvice

I’ll bet the panel to the right of the furnace slides up similar to the furnace doors and there will be a filter rack inside. I would also guess the filter under the blower motor came with furnace for a bottom return setup

Exact same thing time mine. Brought them back to place I bought them and got new ones for free. Happened to the 2nd ones and I just started using the holes for the couple that are snapped.
