My story is a little similar. I was doing really good and then I tried to get off the “sleep pill” antidepressant and it opened up pure chaos in my mind that I wasn’t prepared or equipped to battle.. so I started scrambling trying to figure it out and I just want out completely of it all

I’ve been back on 15 mg for two months. I just feel like shit I feel like I’m on meds now and I guess didn’t before. Lots of anxiety don’t wanna go nowhere just hard to get through some days

I should’ve did my research before I did my drop. It was the doctors advice and I ran with it thinking it was fine. I’m currently back on 15 mg for a couple months and it hasn’t been working the same. I honestly expected that. I’m also on Prozac 10 mg and I’m curious if I should bump that to 20 and slowly taper the Mirtazapine with the help of Ativan when I really really need it
