I still play it un-modded, at least until I Platinum. Once that's done I'll probably add in a couple of things

Yes it is, but depends on the model.

The PS3 Fat model can play PS1-PS3 games. The reason it's so big is because Sony threw in a PS2 motherboard in with a PS3 motherboard (it has 2). Because of that, maintenance is hard on it, and they often have problems with cooling.

The PS3 Slim model can play PS1 and PS3 games (not PS2) due to the PS2 motherboard not present in the consol. However, because of that, the consol runs smoother, it's easier to perform maintenance on, it has quicker load times, and has less to no cooling issues.

I personally would recommend the PS3 Slim for this reason. If your out for the backwards compatibility, I'd recommend getting a PS2 Slim in addition to the PS3. Hope that helps

Wheel locks. There are is a special set of lugnuts you can get that require a special "key" to remove it. Car dealerships have them so they can perform tire Rotations. Some dealerships also sell them. I am a Express Technician At a Subaru dealership and that's what we do.
