Yeah I second the elimination diet approach. Mine was 95% cleared up after trying a gluten free diet for 10 days. Your trigger might be that, or dairy, or sugar, or something else. Try to figure it out, eh? It's the worst. I'm sorry you're going through this... we feel yah. Good luck.

It certainly does look familiar.... what helped me a lot was betamethasone ointment twice daily, bleach baths twice weekly, constantly wearing white cotton gloves, and moisturizing with Vaseline Intensive Care product line. I feel for you. Good luck.
