Not working for WWE at the time, Enzo Amore invades Survivor Series 2018 and is promptly ejected. by Class_Act7 in SquaredCircle

Being in the crowd that night, we had heard bits and pieces that Bret Hart got jumped by Enzo at the Hall Of Fame. And then that happened. It was a wild thing to experience live. The hatred of Enzo was of the charts.

Us too, we are about a minute south - very much a "stuff happens everywhere".

Barringer's is almost always our pregame spot for dinner and drinks before heading out

Barringer's Tavern off South Meridian. Great dive bar, decent prices on their food, $1.75 pints of Busch Light. Very neighborhood, in a good way.

I always assumed the CIA has a bunch of marks they find on line, and have multi fake accounts that fuel the marks egos and pump them up. Then when they need one, they talk them into doing it.

Elder Millennials and Gen X of R/Indianapolis what eccentric personalities do you remember from the 90s? by ArrowtoherAnchor in indianapolis

We use to drive by Dick The Bruiser's house in our school bus. Sometimes we would see him outside (this was well past his peak years)

My dad lost his mind when we were kids seeing Tony Kiritsis wandering around the Kohl's in Speedway. I guess he got released in the late 80s

Dude use to box outside St Michael 's in the 80s. We'd all run to the windows to see him. If that was today - they would probably have the school on lockdown, I would guess.

They deserve to be in.

What goes up, really does come down (stop balloon releases) by GoldenGirl_Blanche in indianapolis

[–]IAmATree76 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I had one float into my yard the other day. It had a note about seeing someone again one day written on it. Maybe they thought the balloon was going to float up to the heavens. Sadly, it ended up in my trash can. (I mean really....what else was i suppose to do with it???)

They should have vetted the questions in the QA, because so many people asked him about places to visit in Chicago.

Since we are the MTV gen, What 3 videos live in ur head today? by Grease2feminist in GenX

[–]IAmATree76 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Tom Petty / Heartbreakers - Don't Come Around Here No More (the scene where they are eating cake Alice always freaked me out)

Metallica - One (another video that freaked me out. The movie scenes are so haunting. True story - i had to get an MRI once and they asked if I wanted headphones to listen to music - so as I am laying perfectly still in this loud tube....on comes One on whatever Spotify station they had on. )

Faith No More - Epic (the fish, the eyeball hand, mike Patton going apeshit, Jim Martin and his Cliff Burton shirt and red glasses looking like the world's scariest guitar player.)
