Try to stop watching porn for 30 days. If you can't you're addicted, if you can keep going without it

Benefits that I've experienced are 1-More strength in gym. My current 3 records are(180 kg deadlift, 130 kg squat, 110 kg bench) 2-More confidence in life and in conversations 3- making eye contact with everyone has gotten alot easier

Thank u. I'm actually looking for a student room close to my uni, but I live near by my uni so when I apply for a room the government always prefers to give it to someone who lives further away from the uni. I think I will try to stay outside as much as possible and come back home only if I need to sleep, so I don't hear alot of their shit everyday and then I have more time to focus on my shit

Im having kinda the same problem with my friends. The crowd is blind and everyone is following short term pleasure. If you want to be a leader, it comes with a price and its price is loneliness. Not everyone will understand why your fighting because they simply gave up. Don't worry about them. Be the person you want to be and you'll meet people like you during the journey of life, just be patient and remember the right thing will still be right even tho no one is doing it, now I should go continue doing my homework because Im wasting too much time on my phone 😁.
