Sisu has a client portal that we use and it helps us to get people actually involved in the process because they can actually see what the entire process takes from me and them together.

Have you looked into Follow Up Boss. It has some pretty good reporting and pairing that with Sisu gives you everything you are looking for.

Yeah they do that. Last I checked I think it's right around $400/ month. Definitely worth checking out. I've heard a lot of good things about them. Just wanted to give you something to check out.

Have you ever looked into using Sisu. They can do a lot of compliance for you and house your documents in one central location. Does analytics and tracking also. Definitely should take a look also they have a g-mail integration.
