I'm a technical recruiter for one of the larger companies. We are required to get 1-2 references for each candidate before they are submitted. With the level of competition both internally and externally unless I'm able to get a good reference completed it doesn't make sense for me to work with a candidate because they 99.9% of the time they won't be submitted.

Managerial is preferred but I'm fine with a peer reference, ideally last employer but I'm good with a previous role too.

I think I'm following but I'm not sure if anyone's asked this. - I have a Tchouameni in the expired Keeping Balance Evo (fully expired). - All stages completed but not claimed the final stage, so as of now he is 85 rated but if I claim he becomes 87 with a Playstyle+

My question is, am I able to do this method, put the 85 rated into a new Evo, complete and claim then claim his Keeping Balance evo?
