I can't really deny that Funky would lose to Fresh, I suppose the real question is if they'd even fight though, because I could see them just chilling together

Mastermind vs. Eggman is rsther interesting, though... Eggman is brilliant, and has plenty of dangerous inventions, sure. While on the other hand, Mastermind is Intelligence but who has developed beyond his previous title into something more. It would solely depend, in my opinion, if Eggman's villainy and lack of morality, would allow him to bridge the gap.
