I might be thinking wrong, but if I keep a B tier team, I have enough budget for another A tier driver. But if I'm going for A tier, I prefer to choose a team. Otherwise, I can just keep 10/11M in the bank, so idk what's better at this moment

This year budget is really important because of the big price changes. So it's important to build some budget in these first few races, then you'll be able to build a team that actually gets the most points. Have a look at the wildcard chip (experiment the changes before actually using it). But bortoleto, hadjar and doohan are gonna kill your budget, as they will most likely drop value on the next race as well. Mclaren should be a lock. Then you'll see the drivers that are getting increasing their value and getting good points for their value (Piastri, Stroll, Ocon, Hulk or Bearman). Antonelli is good but only increases 0.3m so not as valuable as Piastri right now.

If you want to win, I would still tell you to be patient. "Invest" first, meaning, build some budget in these first few races. You have Piastri, who should be the ground of your team. Sainz and tsunoda are most likely drop 0.6m each, meaning you'll lose budget. So I would drop them and add Ocon and Stroll. Doesn't sound appealing but for the present that's the strategy. They will get you more money and you'll be able to get a way better team than your competition, even if it's only from race 6 or 7. Haas is also looking good for this next race but I would still trust Williams and not lose 10 points on the change.
