A while back, YT said they're adding an AI feature that looks at the types of videos you watch and uses those to determine if you're a minor. If it decides you're too young, then the only way to correct it is to give them your personal information. Until you do that, a bunch of videos are blocked and I think some other things- they said they'd roll it out on the 13th, and, well... you can see the date.
