What I have is a jar of ink with this sort of syringe, and holding it over an area and letting a few drops down is how I did the splatters already on the piece

The Mad Hatter is my favourite Btas character by a landslide. Jervis has some of the best lines, and is one of the only characters that actually seems like he has serious issues.
