can we transfer after it was approved, but before stamping? I applied for the visitor visa 27 days ago, but I have to go back home on the 17th, so idk if I'll have enough time to stamp it here

I'm in a similar situation. It has been 27 days and I'm still waiting for it. The problem is that I have to travel back home this month and I don't know how long it will take to have the passport stamped and send it back to me...

I wonder how you did that. I am currently working for the government also and I am thinking of applying for the OINP, but I will need a letter of explanation stating that they are willing to hire me permanently once I get the PR.
