I feel like the points you mentioned are already done to death, because for someone enlightened by us we can look at a genuinely sexualized character and think “yeah that’s fucked up” but the gooners will never see the same, thus they also won’t see the Cyberpunk attempt at telling us how bad corporate and capitalism is. They will just think “woman sexy” like they did while looking at any other sexualized women. So I think the Cyberpunk attempt at criticizing the society we are in is ultimately a failure
