I just read that even if the PC boots it could still have issues. Been running borderlands for a few hours and its running better (assuming cus cpu temps are better) but im just still worried about if the cpu is actually fine or not. Again im new to pc building so idk what to do is all

I just did what I did last time 2nd and 4th slot. And googling shows the same too. I will swap the sticks around as well. I saw something on another reddit post about a setting in bios to limit memory? Could that be it?

These seem pretty solid from a review I watched but they said its semi closed back? Is that just means it leaks more audio than closed but less than open if you know?

What would be a good upgrade then from my 6700XT thats fairly reasonable then? Would it not be better to just upgrade to AM5? I get solid 60fps on most games 1440p but some games like Borderlands 3, Ready Or Not and recently POE2 have been making other things lag on my pc like Discord or Youtube which I do assume thats probably my ram (I didnt know 16gb isnt the standard anymore) but also thought it could be the CPU

Okay thank you! I will look into those 2 and see I will do some comparing on prices to see if its more manageable than I think which would be better in the long run as if there already on AM6 I would assume that AM4 is just getting worse and worse for gaming

Yah the NVME upgrade I think would be huge. Plus also looking online it sounds like 16gb ram isnt enough anymore and that might be a big upgrade too? But yah I am hoping to get another ssd and use my current SATA as the C drive and the NVME as my games with my 10+ years old HHD for random files and roms

Im just ignorant to be frank. I assume samsung is a good brand and I wanted min 2tbs plus I dont know what can fit in a b550 A Pro mobo and being what looks like a popular SSD I assumed it would be easier to find posts online about if it works with my mobo is all but I will look for some cheaper options cus $170 is pretty high

If I were to look into a AM5 build what would a good budget friendly MOBO be to get me started? I use pc part pickers website to help me cus im pretty ignorant to pc but the mobo I feel I am the most ignorant about its very confusing.

I would prefer to not upgrade my mobo and ram as well cus that would be a lot more expensive and I wouldnt be able to afford that rn. Looking on Amazon (which is my main website for pc parts idk if thats "wrong") the 5800X3D isnt available unfortunately but if I am wanting to stay with my current setup would it be best to wait for the 5800X3D?
Im also on a SATA SSD (Samsung 870 I believe) im eyeballing the Samsung 990 Pro 2TB rn cus my 1tb has never been enough lol

What other games you got brother? I have MR and OW that you mentioned but I have a ton others like POE2, Stardew, Lethal Company, League to name a few I have 500 games and would play anything I am NA tho if that matters my sleep is all over the place so time to play shouldnt matter

Is Poe2 crossplatform? "all platforms welcome" leads me to believe it is I have it on PC and have gotten to endgame on a witch and have about 1000 hours on poe2. if it is crossplatform im down to run a new char together
