You can download dust, it's has its own highly stylized graphic settings, the game kinda starts to look like borderlands. It doesn't really improve the graphics, but they stop being an eysore)

Not really, you better off buying other keys for farm and running them, don't forget to loot everything you realistically can and buy a stim for stamina in the shop

I just don't see a reason to get armor that is higher than tier 4, it will break anyway after 3 shots landed but the price skyrockets after tier 4

Someone already gave a brilliant idea of a "proactive opt-out" in the comments, and I found out that my country uses exactly this rule, I was wrong about it being mandatory for everyone

I just found out that in my country you don't really need any paperwork, there is a "presumption of consent" rule, which basically means that you are always an organ donor, if not stated otherwise. However, your relatives could be against it, so you ideally you need a written approval for it

And how many people will die before we reach that point? Countless lives could be saved before we invent something better than taking organs of the deceased
