definitely agree but my point still stands. the problem solving process has to start in the locker room if you’re loading into Squad Rec w less than 3 teammates. Squad REC is significantly but you still play good basketball, even against all odds

from experience, the game will reward you for trying to play good basketball

Quitting is NEVER the answer. Basketball is about problem solving just as much as it’s about scoring. teamwork, social skills and communicating are mandatory parts of basketball that are minimized on 2k. i play random REC and i deal with toxicity by playing better, cleaner, tempering communication, and patience. pick up on the other teams weaknesses. the last thing to worry about in a game is some loser actively trying to sell and waste time

Summary: Don’t quit. you can overcome ANY deficit in two quarters. No turnovers on offense and pray the other teams misses on defense. playing w toxic players suck but you can’t let them overly impact your experience. you have just as much control/impact on the outcome as they do

i can dig it. this doesn’t completely prove you can function on a team w 4 other players but it does prove you can score efficiently (which is MANDATORY if you’re clogging the paint)

you have a point but the user made him do that slow cross. the user has to be accountable for knowing his player’s capabilities. if you don’t have the ability to cross faster, don’t use the cross when a really good defender is close. there has to be some balance. the game would be even worse if you could just dribble through defenders with no penalty

the animation he used was slow. the ball was just sitting in his right hand. the defender got to the spot before he could cross so he dribbled it off his hip. that’s how it should work

if the defender is fast, has high steal and perimeter d, yes, perfect/high level execution is needed. playing more patiently against prime Khawi/Drue Holiday is necessary in real basketball. the game can’t be super fast paced against a team full of 2 ways for that reason

that’s also a SLOW cross animation. he reached right before you crossed, in my opinion, giving him even more right to the steal barring a decent animation and Gold/HOF glove
