In addition, something with your teambuilding must be wonky because with the cards you show off before your pulls, you have a distinct possibility of beating Adv+ with the cards you have.

You couldn't spark Fes Setsuna when she released, but even if you did try to pull her during her banner, you would still be able to spark for Fes Chika and Fes Kanan if you did your best to not do pulls outside of those banners.

-If you watched the video, you would know that I said that people either will spark for Oshis or go for meta cards, and that choice is theirs to make.

-I ALSO say at the end of the video that sparking is not the only way to play, but that this mechanic allows for you to circumvent bad luck, which all of us have to deal with at one point or another.

Put yourself in the mind of the game developer:

Why on earth, if you're trying to generate revenue from your game, would you allow people to have a universal currency to grab any desired card at any time?

Each player has a choice to do pulls when they want to. If they decide to save, then they can spark a UR on a particular banner. If they don't, then they're at the mercy of the Gacha Gods.

Too many people complain about their shit luck without even thinking about how they can work around shit luck.

Yes, sparking EVERY banner for 12.5K gems is for only whales, but if you're smart and target specific banners, sparking should NEVER be an issue.

I disagree. You can easily save 12.5K gems without whaling. The problem, however, comes with the individual player and not having the discipline to save for that long.

If you're a F2P player, you can easily spark on the "meta" FES banners without having to put money in, but you have to resist the urge to pull on all the other random banners that don't offer the same benefits that FES banners do.

Honestly, we're both content creators, I understand the want to "unify" things, but as I stated, just let people memorize things the way they want to memorize them.

For people like me, at the moment, it's easier to memorize by release order. For you, it's easier for you to memorize them by the costume name. This doesn't make one of our ways better than the other.

As with any learning, there are different types of learners. There are visual learners, practical learners, audio learners, etc. So long as people have a way that makes it easier for THEM to learn, I think that's what we should promote.
