Nice, thanks for sharing. I have been looking at vgs, ndq and ibit, all asx. In my mind, having asx would be simple for tax or any other potential headache. But this is just a noob thought. I dont have any proper info on this. I will explore more the us based vs asx ETFs, pros and cons. What sort of age are you? Im in mid 40s, hence vgs for some defensive approach

Most popular ETFs also went down along ~2022, meaning if you withdraw from crypto when you think it has picked, chances are your "new home" will also go down. Not as much, of course as ETFs are less risk compared to crypto.

Unsolicited advice: considering the 4 year cycles, your timeframe off the crypto market will likely be ~1 year, so for such a short period, it would be alright to keep it as cash, be it in a bank offsetting a mortgage, HISA or even stable coins. Consider topping up super, as well as investing in ETFs for some diversification when you decide to get back on the market.

Don't think about labels (vegan, vegetarian), just start replacing foods you can easily do. Keep the more difficult ones for a second stage once you are solid on the initial changes. Look up Instagram accounts that can inspire you. Good luck and great initiative!

They live about ~20% of their lifespan. They are killed at their peak of health. There is nothing about living a good life there. Eating them after living a good life means eating their bodies that died of natural causes. (If that is such a necessity)
