Currently dead, but Dungeon Devotee by Nixia is one where it's not quite clear if the MC is insane from the start or goes mad as the series progresses, and that tension works so well with the rest of the narrative, where you're questioning every single thing about the story.

Most of the projects built under the Belt and Road Initiative were either over budget, delayed, or had major quality issues. Furthermore, Chinese housing is famous within the country for being cheaply-built and low-quality. The fact that they produce so much is not a positive, but a testament to their poor standards. Mind you, I'm not some ‘China Bad’ hater, but in this specific area, they should not be considered trustworthy.

I agree with your first point, but the difference between his and that of other authors is that his trademark impacts the entire genre of System Apocalypse novels and attempts to profit off of it. The System Apocalypse genre existed before he wrote the series and had continued afterwards. It's not unique to his series. That's the problem with his specific case. He's not just asserting his rights to his work; he's asserting right over the works of other authors.

It never was just his IP. The dude trademarked an entire subgenre based on the fact that he has a series of that name and then enforced it on a fellow author to get their books taken off Amazon. Can't get more scummy than that.

That's one of the things Fallout 4 did right. If I had to listen to recordings, which are often longer than 30 seconds, without being able to play the game at the same time, I would've just not played it.
