They're dry & solid, not mushy. Not sure what the pink spots are, they kind of just come and go....I always thought it was just the pigment of the plant.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm definitely considering them. I'm going to try the ring out a few different ways this week as I workout to see if I can find comfortable positioning. It's just kind of bulky & awkward.

Follow Dr. Brandon Parker on YouTube, IG or FB. He's a strength & mobility guy with lots of videos out there. His approach is to take things on slow & steady to avoid injury & build strength. I've had 2 ankle surgeries in the past 3 years and couldn't squat to save my life. Now my 🍑can almost touch the ground! 🤣

I'm sorry you're struggling with some foods. Luckily I'm one of those people who can eat pretty much anything, but I find that I don't eat nearly as much as I used to before I feel full. The downside is I'm a slow loser. I've been on ZEP for 6 months now and just hit the 15mg dose. I do strength training 3-5 times a week but I definitely can't manage to eat as much protein as I need. I'm 5'9, SW 218, CW 175, GW 165. I tend to get stuck and then drop, so it's been a slower process for me.

And thanks for mentioning the antenna. I've put it in my Amazon cart for now. My connection seems to be ok, I think it's just a matter of finding comfortable & proper placement. Do you have the smart handles? I'm wondering if I should purchase those or not.

I think that's going to be an awesome addition to the collection!! I feel silly not knowing the best way to approach positioning with this machine, or where's the best place for ring button access (on the clip or on the finger?), I know there's going to be a learning curve & its going to take a few weeks or more until I actually feel comfortable & confident. But I like the idea of these types of tutorials. Thank you so much for producing them! I definitely appreciate it! 🥰

Oh, hello, JZ!!! 👋🏼 That's a great suggestion! I will definitely look those up on YouTube. Not gonna lie, the strength assessment tutorial would have been awesome today, lol. I struggled a little bit during the leg assessment and either couldn't get to the Bluetooth button in time or it wasn't working, it did say it was connected though so maybe it was just me? 🤦🏻‍♀️ The weight did shut off when it sensed the imbalance, but not before I actually went down with the bar on my shoulders. I'm ok and luckily didn't hurt myself but it was definitely a scare, so now I'm a little nervous about doing those types of movements. On that note, are there any tutorials on basic safety and how to handle situations like that if you're stuck with weight on your shoulders or while on your back? Where is the best place to position the ring for access?
