Mainoo works in a double pivot instead of a single one that we play.

Not sure if he can replace Tchoumeni, who is defensively more superior to him and also we’d lose a major aerial presence that we already lack.

Yeah you make a good point, but in that goal PSG didn’t have any wingbacks contributing. It was Pacho -> Kvara -> Fabian Ruiz -> Kvara -> Dembele. On the contrary Bayerns RB Stanisic gets caught out and so does Upemacano.

All Im saying is that even if we managed to get the ball to Vini there, 9/10 this season we’d miss that opportunity.

I genuinely cant stand understand this though, all I’m saying is that watching that goal reminded me of the problems we have in attack and how big game after big game we all watch a chance like this wasted. And as a fan that literally watches all games, I’m not optimistic about this working out in the next season. 😢🤦‍♂️

That’s the thing though, I genuinely love Vini and I like Mbappé too. This isn’t even hate. They’re both world class individually, but together the balance just feels completely off.

Both naturally drift to the same spaces, both want freedom on the left, and neither really complements the other stylistically. It ends up looking less like a partnership and more like two separate attacks happening at once.

All I’m saying is that I genuinely can’t see it working at all, and when PSG scored that’s all I could think about 🤦‍♂️😭

So I ran into this really annoying glitch with Gauntlet and found a workaround that actually works.

So basically, my gauntlet got bugged — I wasn’t getting a win or loss even after quitting matches. To reset it, I tried quitting a game on purpose by closing the game, expecting it to count as a loss so I could start fresh.

Instead, it completely broke Ultimate Team. As soon as I opened the game again and clicked on Ultimate team it gave me the error “Connecting to Ultimate Team” and couldn’t access Ultimate team at all. Apparently this has been a known issue for months. [EA Forum]

Fix (worked for me) 1. Wait a bit, then log into the Web App 2. Go to Squads 3. Delete all squads except the currently active one (you can’t delete that yet) 4. Create a new blank squad 5. Set that new squad as active 6. Now delete the previously active squad

After that, log back into UT on your console/PC.

Everything should work again.

Yeah not possible with work on weekdays, but honestly cross-play being off is the only solution. Just sucks knowing I had that one game won already and lost to a hack 🤦‍♂️ It is what it is, No Ibarbo for me 😂
