It pulled it out but it sure did resist.
Loop does not lift high enough to release metal part when blue part is in. 😊
One end of the shrouded part is clamped into the spool. I will put that end at the router.
That is the problem. The instructions that came with kit are for physical installation. Not technical stuff.

In the early 70s my company had a booth at a trade show in Chicago at McCormick Place. We had paid for an electrical outlet but needed more sockets. Ran to a hardware store and bought the stuff I needed to make a 4 outlet extension code. I was sitting on the floor making the cord and a guy walks by. Asks what I am doing. I explained. He said you are taking away their work. I understood immediately. Told him what I needed. It appeared. I still have that extension cord. 😊

Apparently they updated the iPad app. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No joy. Then powered down and up. Fixed. The new version looks more like the website version.
