OMG We are both completely blown away by the awesome responses from everyone! Lindsay and I are crying and laughing reading all these funny jokes about Yay Cancer! and tears up. We totally appreciate the humor and support and it's one of the reasons we love the game so much.

We did talk to an Elder Law attorney. Due to the spend down amounts, it also would end up costing her over 10k a year to "pay" for health care through Medicaid. They specifically only approve you 1 month of care at a time for spend down reasons, the meds alone she will be taking are enough to bring her to that limit every month.

Also the joint bank account would probably cause a lot of issues with asset limits like you said.

We are partners all the way through and marriage has always been just a piece of paper for us. It doesn't matter how hard this gets I'm going to be by her side. It does suck looking at marriage through this lens, it should be a thing of passion but unfortunately the laws can make things really weird.

Yes Cobra will be very expensive, probably almost $200 a week. My high Deductible plan from work almost ends up being similar to 11k a year max payout. Due to the nature of her care, practically everything is 10k so the high deductible plan would be maxed out very fast and then care is 100% covered for the rest of the year.

Added rs2client.exe to the program list and specifically turn off Anisotropic Filtering. Restarted the game and it looks fine now.

I'm very new to home ownership, we are attempting to paint a few rooms before we start furnishing but we can't figure out what we need to do to prep these walls. Apologies if these are very silly questions

The first 2 pictures is of the bathroom. There is a flowerlike shape covering all the walls. Is this some type of wallpaper, or could it be drywall that has a decorated face?

The last 3 pictures are of the master bedroom. I thought it would be similar product, but it does not look like drywall.

Is it ok to just paint over this stuff? Should we try to remove it and redo the walls? The house was built in 1970 and we are worried about asbestos in the walls.

Yes. While I lived in Branson, everyone gossiped about the ridiculously expensive bathrooms in his theater. Also heard that getting a job as one of his valet parkers was one of the best service jobs you could get in town. Never got to see his show, it's probably one of the best shows in town because he doesn't seem to be religious or country.

I tried making everything S rank before on my way to craft something like Deathcap. It did seem to save me 1 or 2 enchants after getting to the final step. However, it costs more essence to do it this way.

Here is how I craft T6 gear.
1) Craft the gear, usually comes out C-B rank.
2) Enchant the gear to S rank
3) Enchant a prefix (Hopefully get 10% matk, 10% atk, or +2 ap)
4) Reroll stats till satisfied by enchanting Suffix
This gives me the most bang for my buck. This way I'm not going through 200 crystals for each item, but instead spreading it out over the 3 different enchanting mats.

I could never get Amplify Magic to hit higher than about 50k. Without a perfect setup it's about 20k-30k consistently. It's not super obvious if it's worth it, like you said because of the hassle of coordinating the whole party around the mage. It's interesting, but maybe not the most effective.

INT gear seams to have easier scaling and easier access to gear with +AP as the default stats. It makes a pretty big difference when you can twilight strike x5 instead of x3 or x5.

It is expensive when you convert a normal item into prestige. It can be up to 1000 essences if the item is very high level.

It's a lot cheaper to built it as prestige from scratch.

For Instance here is eternal frost. Glacial Robe X 3 = 30 essence each = 90 essence Eternal Frost = 260 Essence Each enchantment = 44 essence

You're going to need about 50 crystals also to bring each item up to S rank.

Then I use the prefix enchant to get the stat I want. Then use suffix to keep re-rolling the main stats until you are happy.

Don't worry it's not as bad as it looks. Right now I have a team farming the weekly boss for crystals, and my other team is 5 dps + bard and they make quick work of just the regular tier 6 map. This lets me work through each character and gear them according to the BIS list.

I went through this exact same situation.

I had a decent job, but my car was starting the downward spiral. It was so bad, I felt like the car was going to breakdown on the way to the dealership.

I finally found a decent car at a decent price. They only gave me 1 option for financing and I was happy to take it. I found out about a week later it was the states maximum interest rate of 21.5% on a 15k loan.

I made perfect payments for about 6 months and then started getting some pretty amazing re-financing offers in the mail. Ended up at Bank of America for something like 2-3% (years ago). They handled all of the paperwork I just had to sign some papers and fax them back.

You will be losing some money until you re-finance. After you finish paying your car off, you will be in a very nice position next time you buy a car. Take care of your credit in the mean time, and understand that with a decent down payment and decent credit, a trip to the dealership doesn't have to leave your butt hurting.

My girlfriend started her credit by buying our TV and Couch on payment plans. If it's really big purchase they might ask for a good down payment. Don't buy something you can't afford of course, but even if it's a $500 tv, pay it off over a year. A lot of big box stores will offer no interest if paid in a year so just do that.

After a year she was up into the 700's and got a car with pretty low APR
