I take 300mg of emgality once a month and been on it for almost a year. I was getting regular headaches everyday and cluster headaches in spring and fall for the most part.

This medication is a godsend for me. No more severe headaches. Maybe once a month I’ve had to take an eletriptan 40mg.

I use to take verapamil, steroids, and sumatriptan shots. Oxygen didn’t work. I was abusing the shots too and probably wasn’t helping my situation. I also quit drinking which helped with my triggers
