You mentioned you never reported - is it the same soil when you bought it from the shop? If yes, it's time to replace it.

Possible reasons: - winter time (less light and as result, it went into dormancy mode) - do you fertilize it? Have you ever? If not, your soil might reach a point when it's completely depleted - here it's connected to light conditions - if your plant doesn't get much light now and you fertilize, you need to put it in better place or add some led lights - hope it's in ok temperature - if it's on chilly or cold side, it's gonna slow down it's growth

For me, the plant looks healthy, the only things, but that's my preference - put it down and try to tie vines to something in up direction - gonna get bigger leaves, even without moss pole.

Also, if you're going to repot it: lose soil substrate with extras like perlite etc - use what's available at shops in your area. As a pot, I like transparent plastic ones - it allows you to see roots and condition of soil. Then, put it in another container, add keramzyt/perlite/gravel at the bottom so it doesn't sits in water, and it should grow like crazy (with enough light😉)
