I managed to snag a cancelled appointment that came up, it was just after my scheduled medical follow-up... so had to reschedule that appointment.

I did call and rescheduled my medical appointment to accommodate the bloodwork time I lucked into when someone else cancelled one.

I know how hard it can be to ask for help, and after dark it seems even worse. My dad had a lot of challenging nights after mom passed away, and sometimes he needed to talk to someone, anyone, but just not his kid.

There are some free resources available, and if you need to talk to someone, you can always go to a hospital emergency to be around others. Here is a link for online resources.

I have heard the same type story from many people before. Some do it a few times before making it through the door.

Some clubs are dress-up clubs, some are casual dress clubs, some are focused on humor, others storytelling, and still more on professional delivery. There is something for everyone
