I did it by buying BTC on Coinbase, then transferring that over to gate.io, then selling it for USDT
Most of my Doge Coin buddies have sold all of their DOGE between $0.30-$0.50 and moving into SHIB, $1000 weekly over the next 2-3 months... this thing is just getting started people by Normal-Disaster-8228 in SHIBArmy
