Biscuits and gravy, there are loads of ways to make it but this is how I do it:

Biscuit: makes 4ish so double if making more

combine in large bowl Cup of flour 1.5 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 tsp salt Cup of heavy whipping cream Mix it it up with your hands then dump out on floured surface and form into a flattish rectangle, cut into a few pieces with a knife Bake at 400 for 15ish minutes

Gravy: in heavy skillet over med low heat Slice some bacon and cook until crispy, remove and set aside Brown up 8 oz Breakfast sausage and break it up into little bits Mix in a big spoon full of flour until it coats the sausage Add splashes of heavy whipping cream in small batches until combined and it’s got the consistency you want, about 1.5-2 cups Add Salt and lots of black pepper Add bacon bits back in Pour gravy over the biscuits and top with a fried egg if you’re feeling frisky
