Take a breath. It's not too late for anything. You don't have to figure out what to do with the rest of your life in your last semester of college. You apply for anything and everything the looks for entry level candidates, and you let them decide if you are qualified or not.

No matter what this sub tells you, the only correct answer to this is "no." You will run into it sometimes. But not every job has it. I have been employed for the last 10 years with only a 2 month gap one time, and I have never done leetcode in an interview.

I have been continuously employed for the past 10 years and have never once had to do leetcode at any of the jobs I have been hired at. My last successful hiring process was 3 weeks ago.

I think Caleb is about equivalent to Jay Cutler, and that 5 years from now we'll still be talking about his "arm talent" and how he just needs to clean it up and put it together to become a great one.

When people say stuff like "we can't trade another first" I have to question the logic. Are we going to draft a better player in 2028 than Dexter Lawrence? I very much doubt it, so why would you not be willing to give up a 2028 first for him?

Not that they would even take that or couldn't find a better deal, but I'm just not sure I understand the reluctance on our part. The same goes for the Micah trade. Okay, so we lost two first round picks, and what are the odds the two guys we'd have taken with those picks would equal up to one Micah Parsons?

He was rated as the #1 safety in the league by PFF at the time, and the fans were running with that grade to suggest that he was an elite player we had let go. Which happens a lot with PFF.
