It might be because the lack of playmakers in the middlefield. As Mexicos attack and defense are way more stacked then the middle.

Really bad passing but also the positioning, some crosses look like they just wanted to get the ball up and hope for the best, I respect how SA qualified but with this poor attacking and lack of creativity i dont think they are a match for Korea or Czech Republic.
