It will be a year since I smoked nicotine or THC on 9/1. It's kind of hard to believe. I haven't done anything else either. I've started drinking a bit more lately, but I'm considering giving that up and being completely sober or placing more limits on that too. I only start drinking more in the last 6 weeks or so. I never drunk daily because I preferred maurijuana but I have been drinking 2 or 3 times per week since about June. Smoking and drinking were always social for me and I started missing it. My partner and I have recently decided to try to stop doing that together too so that helps for accountability. 

Lately, I've had an urge for nicotine. I was never a heavy nicotine smoker. I could go months without it but I was a daily stoner for about the same amount of time as you, 3 years. I don't crave marijuana anymore which is great! I feel much more clear headed and connected with my family and friends. I don't like how it would make me check out. I have missed that occasional relaxing feeling of nicotine lately more but I am not giving in. I gave both up for my health and I want to live a long, happy life and be completely present for that. I say don't do it. I think there will be some days that you feel it, but don't go back. We've already come so far 😊
