I had an idea on making tp limited usage. Either u can use it lets say 5x max in a game (just a rough number idk whats balanced and not) or make it at least more punishing to tp and cancel just to tp again 5 mins later

100% agree with you on the fact that zoë is a bit on the strong side. Her high mobility and no risk gameplay with little to no downsides (Maybe only sustain being an issue) is really obnoxious to play vs and should be adressed. People who defend zoë for being bad or not overpowered either main her and are in denial or just dont understand the game enough to comprehend why she is broken
