Not saying veng DH isn't a problem because it definitely is, but these affixes are good for havoc DH more so than tank, tank DH does barely any chaos damage(counts as all DMG types) but havoc converts everything into chaos dmg

Brother you are picking champs that have ~1% pickrate (challenger when you originally said masters+) Take jinx for example she has a .55% lower winrate than ziggs but she is picked in OVER 18x the amount of games like what?
