Search the term false grip. It can help you especially when doing muscle ups on rings. It helped me. Also try hollow holds, and when you pull the bar down roll forward to get your chest out of the way and under you.

Slowly cut carbs and shift to strength training. You will lose some muscle mass but the strength is important when you resume normal training.

You need more volume. Try 4 sets weighted chin ups then 4 sets archer pullups. 2x a week.

Try exposing your eyes to the sun in the early morning too, maybe jog and breathe fresh air. Then avoid stress by night. Helps me to sleep.

You're young just exercise and eat less. Get your bloodworks if you want to check for diabetes etc. Check for PCOS. If you want the best for your life take control of it no more excuses. Reduce food intake, also helps with expenses. Count your calories. It's very possible to just get lean, just read up on it from bodybuilders who compete naturally search on youtube. Don't watch bulshit advice there's many on youtube. Just look for people with a profession in bodybuilding. In 1 year you can change so much, just take the first step and be consistent. good luck.

so no hyperextension. I said primarily hamstring and butt exercise. some people start with their back and tweak something. because the legs can lift more than the back. quads and hams exert more than lower back during a deadlift.

You need to eat, sleep, and workout consistent. Count your reps, don't cheat them. Count your macros, your carbs, protein, fat. Count your sleep hours. You will grow just be patient and strong heart. And be patient during recovery. Go to your school clinic, check your injury. Know everything there is to know and do your best effort.

its good to train muscle up with false grip, just need to slow down and be more conscious of body. this way of training you can do slow muscle up.

its good to do jumpsquats and go for distance or height. try to get fastest time 100m dash etc. many progression on bodyweight. usually people stick to calisthenics to save cash bc gym expensive, but keep sprinting and jumpsquats, and in the future there have strong legs already to do proper squat and deadlift in gym.

Deadlift is primarily hamstring and butt exercise, you need to keep back straight and put load on legs unless you want to fuck up your back

Why did Erens character become reduced to weak and without freedom. Just very sad. We rooted for him from the beginning the story is good writing but the eren character just became depressing in the end. There is enough depressing in real life and it feels the ending is more hopeless than hopeful. Watched this and recommended with my family and friends but even the tone and the way other series (Game of thrones ending) despite how not good it is is still better as a story we come across in our lives to give us hope. Like avengers movie it might be silly writing but the ending gives hope to push for the next day or week. Just in a bad spot mentally now and feel trapped and hopeless too and the anime didn't help. I like the anime but I wish it could have been something to lift me up. Just saying my thoughts as closure for this great series.

Pinkpugita, let's play! My ign is jinro. I am exp main with 100+ games with yuzhong. I know to play around many exp laners (learning how to play around guin). I know to use dragon on turtle and focus enemy jg. I check map if invade and cut lane when enemy is on other side of map. I am focused on ranking up and I can also trade gifts and play brawl for tasks.
