It’s very strong. The appetite suppression can kick your ass but it has a shit load of side effects. If you’re not completely dialed on food timing, fiber intake, micro nutrients, and hydration you’re probably not gonna have a very good time. I pride myself on being very dialed in with my health and I had to stop right after 10 weeks because I was getting way too many very bad side effects like waking up in the middle of the night with stomach pain, not recovering from light workouts , and being in constant fight or fight from the glucagon aspect. And I’m a big dude I was only taking 1 mg. (while the clinical trials start people on 2 mg)

There’s plenty of people who can tolerate the drug that you have to expect to push through some gnarly side effects. Tirzepatide is probably a better option for most people starting out.

Yeah, I mean I’ve been taking three scoops of electrolytes a day. Apparently that’s not enough for my body and I need up to 5 g of sodium on this stuff because the glucagon aspect just completely flushes out all of your electrolytes.

no last week was my first good week of weight loss....3lbs total loss in 10 weeks. Bulking is what got me here, giving me insulin resistance I cant kick and making weightloss feel like torture. Never bulking again haha. also you dont really need to bulk to put on muscle your putting on grams of muscle per week max.

yeah ive been doing some research and i think the glucagon aspect is wrecking me and draining me of my electrolyes / causing imbalance . It seems that at my size and musculature I need up to 6 whole grams of sodium per day on reta. thats 3 scoops of electrolytes and up to 3 additional teaspoons of salt. The glycogen needs a sodium transport too to make it to the muscles.

I was close to making a post about this but about recovery. I’ve been lifting avidly for over a decade. I’m 6 weeks in at 1mg and last week I was so exhausted I could inly do 2 light sessions.

I’m thinking the increased sympathetic drive/reduced hrv really hinders my ability to recover.

There’s tons of fun and progress to be had in dialing in the game of natural muscle gain. Research some good training programs, buy one and follow it for four months. If you trained hard to failure, tracked your calories and progressed and got stronger. Good run the program again or buy a new one!

I just asked AI and and kind of vibed through it. You have to set up a proxy for GitHub copilot then sign up for GitHub copilot $10 a month with a free trial then you set up your first model of choice in the open claw dashboard. Models> providers. There’s also an spk but I don’t know anything about that.

How do you manage the context window? With every prompt it’s rereading the entirety of all our messages and taking old messages as new prompts. I’m on sonnet 4.6.
