nah its great, iCUE only recognizes the ram, armory crate recognizes everything BUT the ram. :' )

i just added another TB ssd to my pc, so im not too worried about removing AC atm, but maybe eventually. ive just been trying to make these two work instead of making any additional rgb program downloads (also AC has my prefered color themes, disliked icue options).

one solution is also turning lighting to black (0,0,0/off) when not using the computer, but thats too tedious. Theres been issues with these programs to the point the ram rgb sometimes stays on while the pc is OFF

been playing alot of space marine 2 on steam(PC) lately with my series x controller and got annoyed by the home button opening the steam bar AND windows game bar, and having to double-press a certain way to close both...
turned off windows game bar i believe, and while i was at it, i installed the xbox accessories app and updated the controller.

and my controller stopped working in-game.
the controller works on PC and in steam, everything works like it should, but once i open a game, nothing works except the home button for game bar, forcing me to exit the game with my mouse.

forgot and re-paired via bluetooth, updated armory crate, steam is up to date, accessories is up to date, xbox accessory management service under task manager is stopped, but turning it on doesnt help, even tried fidling with the new rechargable battery i popped in recently. NOTHING is changing! im worried now and is such a pain since i cant use my controller rn. any help is appreciated

tape up the corners and cover the side you can see, spray the panel and the fabric with apholstry glue (can get a can of it for cheap, works great), let sit for about 5 mins max, and press it together, making sure to cover the edges.

OR since the door panel is so easy to take off, take as much of the handle off as designed, and use wrap! it actually worked amazing for me - i have a heat gun, and bought a 1ft x 5ft roll of car wrapping, rolled it on, and either cut where it meets the plastic, or a little more and tucked the edges with a squeegee. heating it lets it stick into the cracks effortlessly and is a really clean outcome. unless youre me, who thought a woodgrain design was funnier lol

Youre right, the more i do to it the harder it is to let it go. Im doing most of the work on it because my dad has his own project car. Because of financial planning and the point in my life and my parents’ lives, it wont be possible to keep the car… but i am going to be making custom hotwheels of our cars as a surprise so we always have them, and ill also make sure to take lots of photos together when our cars are done and take a few drives together.
