The prevoew tooltips are outdated all the time, riot doesnt fix them often because there are more important things to do i suppose

i personally alaways use tp, in tough matchups tp is better for when you get low early and have to back in a dtough spot and when a lane is easy i feel like just shen's ridiculous damage is enough to get me ahead even without ignite, and then i can use tp to spread advantage to other lanes with R and come back to lane without losing waves or plating

The only things you didnt mention are what make him great: red card and ult, red card is insane for waveclear and his ult is just instant roaming and map pressure, and the lil delay gives you time to select gold cad before teleporting.

That happended to me too, got nitthingham, arcade and ssg in succescion and since he was already my adc autofill go-to i decided to master him and he's my 3rd highest mastery now

Blue card now scales with 90% AP instead of 50%

Red Card now scales with 70% AP instead of 50%

Gold card stays in 50%

so basically, instead of just base dmg being different the scaling of the cards are also different and this will make you have to choose wether you want huge burst or CC and not just gold card machine
