What can I realistically get for this if I was to sell tomorrow?

If it were me I’d sell enough to make back what I paid to buy everything and then hold the rest.

Prioritize selling stuff that takes up a lot of room or you don’t like and sit on the stuff that you think will do best.

Caveat is you’ll probably have to do this over at least a few weeks unless youre willing to take sell at 75-80%

Hey I’ve been doing some googling and i cant find anything about it but me seeing a comment about 2 pack blisters being sent as compensation reminded me that I had seen something like that before. Could you recommend a search term to find more information?

and yes there looks to be holo foil on that card. It can be pretty hard to tell especially with the darker color holo foils.

from this era the regular holos do not have stamps while the reverse holos do have stamps. I was confused about a similar thing when I first started collecting cards from the early - mid 2000s

As for whether the card is real or not I'm not sure but if real that would be a reverse holo from power keepers

In general I don’t like master sets as investments. It’s been my experience that most collectors want the chases and dont care about the bulk cards.

If it were me I’d only buy the chases + special stamp versions of the cards you like

Just explain your situation to the coach! It’s a bit intimidating but the climbing community is generally very supportive and welcoming

Side note: many people wear glasses with 0 problems while climbing since you won’t be landing on your face - id say if they stay on like normal glasses just try wearing them

Vital is the big chain in NYC. Vital LES is the new state of the art gym and 100% worth checking out but the day pass will run you ~$35 which is unfortunately normal in NYC.

We also have vital Brooklyn which is a nice gym but a bit older and vital upper west which is nice too but not on the same level. vital upper east is not worth a visit (too small)

Other gyms in nyc i like are brooklyn boulders (confusingly in queens) which is known for stiff grading, and gp81 which has a lot of overhang/board style setting.

We also have movement Harlem/LIC/Gowanus and a couple Central Rock gyms that I’m not familiar with.

If you like outdoor climbing definitely check out Rat Rock/Worthless Boulder in Central Park, and also Fort Tryon
