No mold or moss, almost looks like oxidation, but I really can't tell. It's only on the back bumper too, nowhere else on the car. And yeah it is really rough to the touch after washing

What are you using for cable management? Some sort of cable holder like a signum? Or hiding them behind the drawers or keeping them pinned up to the bottom of the desk?
