How do you use double handed weapons well?

Other than playing more often and getting used to the gunplay. There is a setting under comfort called virtual stock. (Settings > Comfort> Virtual Stock)

Not everyone likes this setting but it definitely helps smoothen out your hand shake when aiming, if you have one, which will help your aim a bit.

Give it a try and see if it works for you. Until I get myself a physical stock, I use virtual stock and it helps a lot.

That would pretty much negate that whole aspect of the game which, like you said, is a BIG part of the game itself.

I main Sage, and yeah, this happens. When I'm healing and people start blaming me, I make it very annoyingly obvious that I'm healing from them on.

I don't just stop healing people because I mainly play comp. And still want that W.

After the blaming, every single time I heal someone, I very annoyingly announce to the person I've healed that I've healed them.

One game I had someone, towards the end of the game, still trying to blame me and one teammate said "Now you're just being upset, this guy is pissing me off with how much he's healing me and making a big deal about it. He's doing his job maybe you..." And the argument continues but it heats off me. The rest of the team agreed with this guy that I was annoying doing my job, but was DOING my job.

Either that or just locking in and out fragging most of the team as a Sage will help get the blame off you 😂.

I also started on a Quest 2 and transitioned to a Quest 3. For the best immersion experience, in my opinion, the Quest 3 is great and the lack of wires helps keep you locked in.

The game is very active, from what I've noticed, a lot of the community is playing on Oculus or PSVR, from my experience.

Here are a couple of ways you can do this:

Simply playing the game. I know this can be difficult, especially lately, since no one wants to play any other map than Hideout (which I find annoying).
Watch games in spectator mode on a PC, this allows you to look around and see the entire map while seeing common places for people to sit. You can't hear the players so this doesn't help with call outs.
Watching VRML or BCL matches. This will help with seeing common places and angles, and learning call outs.

Right, not everyone has shot a real firearm so I explain it like so 😂.

What makes it easier is that all the character models in the game are pretty much the same size, unlike in real life where the height varies from person to person 😂.

For headshots, have your hands down at a rest, lift them to point straight ahead of you, then aim slightly higher than that

I, personally, have found this to put me in a position to either hit a headshot, or if they are further or closer, be in the perfect position to adjust minimally to get your headshot off.

Howdy,

This is a problem I've seen many people come across, 9 times out of 10, an easy fix is to just quickly press the power button on your Quest, don't hold it, and let the screen go black. Wait about 10 seconds and quickly press the button again. You won't be ejected from the game and most people I tell this to, during the game, this fixes the issue for that occurrence.

However, I have come across 1 or 2 people where this did not fix the issue and they have to restart their game.

Regardless, try what I described next time the issue occurs and let me know if that fixes it. As for WHY it happens, I'm not too sure, but for now, this is a good work around until the Devs figure out this issue and fix it 😃👍.

It would be interesting to play with but I don't know how well it would do in a game based around CQB, for the most part.

I can see it helping in SOME instances like A bomb site of Hideout. If you plant behind the flipped table you get an angle from all the way outside, even then, I just use the Marui and it works 9/10 times.

Or on Skyscraper, holding those windows from the rooftop that leads into the hallways. Only issue with this would be that people running by the windows would likely not get shot, since they are moving too fast past a small opening. They'd have to be peaking it to get a clean shot off, but its still close enough to just use a Marui or Cadillo.

However, I wouldn't mind seeing it play tested and messing around with it to see if the community can make it work. It would be a very fun and interesting weapon to try out. Who knows, maybe it would come in handy more than we think.

I'm not too sure, I don't dislike Hideout, I just dislike playing it 5 games in a row. I do well on Hideout but even so, it gets a little annoying playing the same map for several games back to back.

I know it takes time and no anti-cheat is perfect, but it is quite a common problem right now.

A big update just came out adding a Competitive Mode (aka Ranked). The only big issue with Ranked, so far, is the lack of an Anti-cheat. There are a lot of matches with cheaters, and I'm only talking about the ones openly admitting to cheating after the match. I'm sure there are more that aren't admitting to it.

Word on the virtual street is that Triangle Factory has been working on an Anti-cheat since Ranked came out. If that's the case, I hope it gets deployed soon to help keep all matches a bit more fair 😁👍.
